The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering actionable consumer insights for Wilton Brands' internal clients, including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales. The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will have the opportunity to lead projects. Responsibilities ? Provide both qualitative and quantitative research support across the full portfolio of Wilton Brands. Both secondary and primary research approaches will be utilized to gather and interpret data. ? Work proactively with cross-functional teams from Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to identify and clearly communicate research needs and project objectives ? Support in the planning and development of custom research initiatives to meet strategic needs and objectives ? Oversee project fielding and data cleaning, ensuring quality data collection, adherence to screening specifications and quotas, etc. ? Meaningfully analyze and interpret data, providing strategic and actionable insights that address the needs of the business ? Develop and present strategic and actionable recommendations to key internal constituents ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Shopper Marketing, Digital Marketing, Educational Marketing, Category Management, and Sales. ? This position will support research initiatives across all of Wilton Brands' business units, including Wilton, Simplicity Creative Group, and EK Success Brands. Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, economics, mathematics, or the social sciences Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an insights role that demonstrated effective design, execution and presentation of research findings, vendor or supplier experience preferred Command of market research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint Proficiency in analytics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) a must, with preferred expertise in SPSS Proficiency in survey platform tools (e.g., Confirmit, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, QuestionPro) a must, with preferred expertise in Qualtrics Excellent written & verbal communication/storytelling skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information High level of initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently Must possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated resourcefulness in getting results and answers Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Strong team-orientation and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners Strong desire to champion insights and embed learning throughout the organizationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
