Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, the Production Supervisor leads th team members and activities of the department in areas of Production, Maintenance and Quality Control. The Production Supervisor is also responsibile for coaching team members and producing high quality products efficiently and safely within established policy and processes. This position also advises and assists the Business Unit Manager as a member the Operations team.
Bachelors degree required. Prior experience with leading teams required preferably in food manufacturing environment. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Proven experience in coaching and developing teams. Experience with Six Sigma/Lean principles a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
