Our mission is to assist manufacturers in increasing productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Much of our work involves small to mid-sized manufacturing clients.
POSITION SUMMARY
This Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting members of the management staff. We are seeking a detailed individual who is confident, self-motivated and highly skilled in multi-tasking with a pleasant and friendly personality. Specific tasks related to this position include, but are not limited to:
Project management- tracking various metrics and reporting requirements
Marketing activities including social media postings
Responsible for taking detailed meeting minutes
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Assisting the sales team members with various tasks
Other administrative tasks and duties including making appointments and minimal travel reservations
QUALIFICATIONS
5
years of relevant administrative assistant/project coordinator work
High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel - spreadsheets, formulas, graphs and tracking
Excellent customer services skills - friendly/pleasant and responsive to both internal and external customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
