Silver Oaks Residential Services is a full service painting company, servicing the greater Spring/Houston, Texas area. We provide residential & commercial interior & exterior painting services. We make it a point to provide expert, professional services to ensure COMPLETE customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking subcontractor
PAINTING CREWS
for immediate hire to work in the Spring/Houston area!!
Painting Crew Requirements:
Must be EXPERIENCED painters with a professional crew of 3-4 workers.
Must own all tools necessary to perform the work assigned.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must provide proof of general liability & worker's compensation insurance.
Must be willing to work as a contractor (1099).
Must possess adequate skills need to perform job duties successfully with limited supervision.
Have the ability to effectively manage crew / project issues/ deadlines, etc.
Be able to demonstrate flexibility & adaptability in given situations.
Excellent communications skills.
Strong customer focus & customer service orientation.
Thorough knowledge of best practices relating to proper painting & safety procedures.
Ability to work independently & with team to effectively prioritize & complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
Ability to manage projects & pay close attention to detail.
Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
