Our Client located near Santa Monica, CA needs an Excel Reporting Analyst for a Contract position.Those authorized to work in the US without sponsorship will be considered.Client is not able to sponsor at this time.
DUTIES:
Will support Marketing team with data QA analysis, internal customer service, as well as research and analysis.
Will develop processes to manage and quality control complex data sets and work with teams to initiate root cause analysis.
Analyst will assist with data collection and analysis designed to provide insight on findings and implications for commercial retail strategies.
Position will also include tasks associated with supporting data warehouse systems, research functions, and ad hoc queries.
SKILLS:
Must possess superior analytical skills, multitask abilities and effective communication.
Must meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to analyze large data sets & perform quality assurance measures.
Create ad hoc queries, custom reports and data files.
Knowledge of Business Objects XI/InfoView (or other BI software, such as MicroStrategy); Microsoft Excel required.
Business Objects or other BI software Report development highly preferred.
Knowledge of Excel macros, Vlookups, filters, and pivot tables a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
3-5
years experience managing quantitative and qualitative research.
3-5
years work experience in an analytical/fact finding role.
Bachelors degree required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
