Assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical guidance to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Design and implement database support for various configuration management features for Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager. Design, maintain and develop configuration data models for SBC releases to manage devices. Support, maintain and enhance several NNC features that are critical to our customers business. Provide support for enhancing and maintaining the product capabilities required in using Berkeley DBXML database. Develop application software for SBCs to auto generate management model for the devices. Perform and analyze of load testing for the Net-Net Central product. Design and implement new dynamic data access layer to be used by OCSDM services. Support various management application products especially the element management system, Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager (OCSDM, also known as NNC). Responsible for NNC features starting from design to testing phase such as Report Manager cluster, backup and restore. Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a software engineer-related occupation. Education or experience must include: 1) JAVA development and Object Oriented Design (OOD); 2) Test driven development via JUnit, PowerMock and EasyMock; 3) Utilize XQuery to support the Oracle Berkeley DM XML dependency; 4) XML, XSD core development for creating device models; 5) Message-oriented middleware for distributed event messaging; 6) Java Design Patterns and software designing skills and experience with databases including PostgresSQL and Oracle DB; 7) Analyze, design, and develop features for the proprietary device configuration elements and attributes provided by Acme devices; 8) Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, SQL, XQuery, UML, XML, JavaScript; 9) Web Servers: Apache Tomcat HTTP Server; 10) Berkeley DB XML, Oracle DB, PostgresSQL, MySQL.
