Job Description
Cyber Intelligence Analyst that will be a member of the Technical Analysis Cell (TAC) in the DoD-Defense Industrial Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE). The successful candidate will serve in the collaborative operational information sharing environment between DIB Framework Agreement Partners, US Government Stakeholders, and other government partners that are responsible for providing computer network defense. Primary author of complex threat products (reports) focused on APT / intrusion set TTPs. Candidate must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or Final TS/SCI clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Strong knowledge of APT adversary activities in cyberspace with subject matter expertise in intrusion set tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
Ability to analyze, produce, and disseminate cyber threat products that assist DIB Partners in identifying threats, priorities, severities, and IA risk mitigation measures.
Report writing proficiency - a technical writing sample will be required
Technical skills proficiency in the following areas: network communication using TCP/IP protocols, basic system administration, intermediate understanding of malware (malware communication, installation, malware types), intermediate knowledge of computer network defense operations (proxy, firewall, IDS/IPS, router/switch
Ability to perform data analysis, aggregation, event correlation and information security threat definition
Ability to engage with cyber intelligence analyst counterparts across the US Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities
Ability to present technical information and analysis to groups up to 50 persons on a quarterly basis.

Desired skills
Certifications (any): CISSP, CEH, Security+, SANS, Network+, CCNA
Cyber Intelligence Analysis proficiency: High proficiency of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) activity in general, Advanced knowledge of specific intrusion sets
Technical Skills proficiency: encryption technologies/standards, intermediate malware analysis or digital computer forensics experience
Ability to work shifts which may include weekends or non-standard work hours

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
