Moderate Excel experience required, experience with CRMs strongly preferred, experience in financial forecasting, data analysis required.

Basic Functions
Responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, pricing analysis, sales analysis, sales compensation management, modeling, reporting and acting as the liaison between the external sales force and the corporate office.
Develop and provide financial forecasts and budget related reporting
Participate in the development of annual budgets and perform variance analysis
Provide assistance to sales team and management as requested
Liaison between remote sales team and corporate office
Assist with Inside Sales side of new partner implementation to ensure Inside Sales has necessary documentation
Sales Force
Administrator duties
Create/Update Partner portals
Create new dashboards and user profiles
Creating and distrusting automated emails
Partner Management Reporting
Create custom reports for each of the tier one partners
Extensive Referral reporting for all tier one partners
Regional and state reporting (residual, transaction volume and transaction count)
Partner Business Review workbook updates
Residual Calculator for Yearly partner reviews
Provide Analytics and reporting for all other partners
Partner DNA reporting
IVS milestone reporting
Residual/profitability reporting
Residual Calculator for Yearly partner reviews
Inside Sales Reporting
Updating monthly referrals, wins, days to close and closing ratio
Run daily call stats on sales agents, provide weekly and monthly reporting
Crystal ball/forecast reporting
Outside Sales Reporting
Pipeline analyst
Residual Calculators for New ISV partners
Major Merchant pricing analysis
Contract Flow
Work with Outside Sales, Legal and SVP of Marketing and Sales to complete contract request
Prepare Government contracts for Inside sales
Review ISV, Dealer and Major Merchant Contracts and push them through the approval process
Prepare Biweekly and Quarterly presentation
Work with all other departments to provide information on partners and pipeline
Other duties/Special Projects as assigned

Must be able to demonstrate analytical and organizational ability where problems are complex
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Knowledge of SalesForce.com CRM tool required.
Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to develop and present to management performance results
Must be comfortable working with Executive Management, all departments and external customers
Must be able to effectively manage priorities with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task in an efficient and effective manner.
High energy team player, ambitious, and self-starter.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly in Excel and Word)

Working Conditions:
Common office environment requiring extensive sitting and use of computers for up to 8 hours per day operating common office machines including keyboard/mouse, copying machines, faxes, etc. Travel is not anticipated for this position.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
1 - 2 years experience in business analytics, budgeting and reporting with strong quantitative and problem solving skills, preferably in the financial industry

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
