DUTIES (List most difficult to perform first, etc.)
Standard Laboratory Duties
1. Collect ingredient/product samples as necessary or requested.
2. Maintain all equipment, glassware and utensils in a clean and sanitary manner- as specified in the ICP
3. Participate in NQAC P tests and obtain satisfactory results.
4. Clean-up of main lab and auxillary areas.
5. Perform other duties as requested by QA or the Supervisor.
6. Maintain retain samples
Microbiology Laboratory
1. Sort and composite product samples for bacterial testing. Composite and ship samples to NQAC for testing.
2. Pull environmental and line samples for testing.
3. Run APC and EB plates on products and environmental samples.
4. Read plates and record results on paper and in SAP.
Sensory Laboratory
1. Sort and prepare samples daily for sensory analysis. Prepare and present products for flavoring for visitors and guests to the plant.
2. Prepare corporate sensory samples
3. Maintain reference library of standards of all products for positive release.
4. Record all results in Sensory database.
Raw Material Receiving
1. Sample all ingredients that are received at the plant
2. Test all ingredients received at the plant or Standard according to the ingredient QMS and SAP specification
3. Prepare packaging and perform SNIFF test on packaging
4. Review all packaging labels against the TLC
Technical Services Laboratory
1. Make bench-top references
2. Maintain shelf-life program including weekly pulls, sensory testing and attribute testing.
3. Prepare samples for shipment as needed
4. Perform sensory retests as requested
5. Perform other duties as required by QA Supervisor or Tech Services
Keeping Quality Testing
1. Collect and organize KQT samples
2. Maintain a database for KQT samples.
3. Prepare the KQT samples for panels and give the panels
4. Maintain the panel results in a KQT database
5. Tend the KQT results
6. Maintain the retain rooms.
7. Perform any other duties as related to KQT
8. Other duties as assigned by QA Supervisor
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate written and orally in English.
Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.
Willing and able to work overtime.
Willing and able to work various shifts.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
