Position Description
The Recruiter will use a customer service driven approach to meet both internal and external client requirements for talent. The Recruiter may also participate in business to business outreach to key contacts at targeted clients to generate awareness and interest in our solutions. He or she will conduct searches, checks references, recommend candidates and make offers to candidates for employment primarily in technical positions. This person will determine optimum recruitment methods to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool and should be familiar with the recruiting field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Creativity and a great degree of latitude are expected.

Establish recruiting requirements by studying Sigma plans and objectives, meeting with managers to discuss needs and conducting regular follow-up with managers to determineEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
