Pinnacle Construction and Development Corporation seeks a dependable, quality-conscientious
Project Superintendent
with well-balanced skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a minimum 10 years' construction experience for a new project.
The Project Superintendent will be responsible to provide overall administrative and technical management on a
multi-family residential construction project site.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety required.
Must have extensive wood framing experience (multi-family preferred), be proficient at reading drawings and interpreting specifications, managing a workforce, and communicating clearly.
Working with tools will be required.
OSHA 10 hour safety training, first aid/CPR training required.
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, desire to learn and work independently and in a team atmosphere.
