NetCentrics is looking for a Program Manager to manage one of our Task Order on our Department of Defense (DOD) contract, working in Arlington, VA. This position is open only to candidates with an active DOD security clearance. Specific duties include:
As a Program Manager, you will manage all aspects of Task Order and associated deliverables, project as well as program management, customer interaction, process development and personnel leadership
Ownership for overall results of projects programs, customer satisfaction, team engagement, and team success and achievement
Provide planning, budgeting, cost controls, risk assessments, requirements discovery, resource assignments and all project management activities
Communicate with customers and manage expectations
Actively engage with customer to resolve issues, contracts discrepancies and modifications, invoicing, and other aspects related to administrative and contract management activities
Work with the customer to identify the customer's needs for future projects
Think outside of the box to come up with alternative solutions to complex problems
Work with others to continuously improve and create advance processes
Clearly communicate expectations to the contractor team, communicate with the client and set realistic expectations from the client while still providing top notch support
Project and Program Management experience (managing risks, providing recommendations for improvements, tracking and managing staff, presenting information to customer, etc)
Experience with the implementation and management of both IT change management and IT configuration management practices in an enterprise environment
Experience in services type organization, being part of (or observing) the decision making process at the highest level based on funding, customer needs, strategic vision, etc.
Experience in actual communications to customers; methods and in communications with groups
Experience with Governance Boards in general (support: Overall strategy and approval board, requirements, security, architecture, and finance)
SharePoint experience is a plus
