Truss Designer Build a better future with America's 1 Luxury Home Builder The Opportunity Our client, a leading building component manufacturing company, is seeking a Truss Designer for their Morrisville, PA facility.
Day:
to:
day responsibilities will include utilizing house plans and design software to create wood component designs for the manufacture of wood building components.
Job Requirements - The ability to read and interpret architectural plans - The ability to draw houses in design engineering software - Experience reviewing new house orders to determine what design requirements are needed.
- Experience working with Material Estimators to supply additional material that cannot be panelized or trussed.
- Proficient with MiTek software preferred; experience with other design software a plus.
- An Associate's degree, or equivalent vocational or technical certification Job Benefits Source:
