We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst on a full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Data Analyst will:
Manage complex data projects.
Responsible for the population health analytical data needs of the organization.
Provide analytical support for the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, & pharmacy.
Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources.
Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions.
Develop reports to management.
Resolve data and reporting issues.
Perform data quality audits and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.
Work closely with vendors.
The appropriate individual will have the following
Experience:
Healthcare data analysis.
Report development.
Data modeling using Excel, Access, SQL or another tool.
Spreadsheet development.
Basic financial modeling.
SAS or another analytics or business intelligence tool.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
