Litigation Paralegal
The candidate should have a Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program. Must have 4
years of experience handling litigation matters, preferably with a large law firm. Should be experienced in: organizing documents and coordinating document productions; conducting document searches and factual research; preparing witness and matter materials for case preparation; preparing depositions; court filings; and drafting of documents for attorney review. Comprehension, interpretation and the ability to analyze lease language and other real estate documents is a must. Should be skilled in MS Office, Summation (or similar litigation software). Trial Director, Pacer, Bloomberg Law, Timeline Express, Case Notebook and Westlaw skills a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
