Key responsibilities include: Hiring, training, and managing all supervisory staff for the kitchen and dining room
Overseeing the Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef
Consulting with chefs and cooks to develop and maintain menus
Maintaining the department budget including purchasing and staffing expenditures
Weekend rotation with the Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef

We seek the following
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
Current ServSafe Certification
Ability to multi-task and motivate young associates
8 years of related experience including supervisory/management experience. Experience working with the senior population a plus!
Flexibility with schedule (evenings and weekends)
Must enjoy working with the senior population
