The Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer is a highly-skilled professional who has expertise in manufacturing workflow process improvement. He/she is responsible to collaborate with design engineers to design highly repeatable processes that will optimize manufacturing productivity and product quality, while minimizing waste in terms of time and materials. This engineer is also responsible to collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement the launch of new products by following the new and improved workflow. In addition, this position will work closely with the quality team to review manufacturing results, develop corrective actions on current processes, and modify the original workflow design to incorporate the process enhancements into the workflow. The ideal candidate has a high degree of technical expertise, a scope of experience that includes all phases of product manufacturing, an exceptional communication/collaboration style, and a get-it-done demeanor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
