_Finance Manager_
We have an opening in our finance department in our Bentonville, Arkansas Office for a Financial Manager Sales and Marketing . This role with be supporting our sales team in financial analysis.
Other responsibilities include:
Monitor, evaluate and analyze trade spending promotions for volume lift and impact of profitability.
Lead reporting and analysis on customer P & L''s and advise on margin enhancement.
Create and manage the sales trade spending annual budgets.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to maximize trade spend budgets.
Assist in portfolio analysis and new product support.
Preferred Candidates will have the following
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance/Accounting
5-7 years finance experience in manufacturing environment. Prefer experience within trade spending. Supervisory experience a plus.
Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of financial processes. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Oracle preferred.
Skills - Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Abilities - Ability to accurately interpret and process data with attention to detail.
