Job Description:
o Acts as the liaison between business users and the technical resources on the project team
o Work with key business users to gather, define, and formally document business requirements.
o Interprets and documents business processes and business rules
o Documents business requirements via workflow charts, diagrams and/or tables
o Provides input to the design of new computer programs by analyzing requirements and studying system capabilities
o Provides support to help desk and QA to ensure alignment with requirements
o Supports trainers prior to implementation
o Assists in preparing and reviewing announcements and publications related to new systems and applications
o Guides interpretation of business problems and requirements
o Reviews project solution to ensure it addresses defined requirements
o Assists with addressing post-implementation issues and correcting problems
o Performs the responsibilities of a Project Team Member
o Must have strong communication skills and presentation skills
o Understand the methodology behind the business delivery (agile and waterfall)
o Facilitate work sessions
o Drive resolution
o Flexibility in methodology
o Manage and communicate scope changes to functional requirements to key project members during the requirements gathering process.
