Sterling Bank Services is a nationwide corporation looking for a Part Time Bank and ATM Technician in the Birmingham area. As a Bank and ATM Technician for SBS you will be responsible for performing scheduled cleanings, surveys, and preventive maintenance at customer sites. You must be able to prioritize your workload, comply with processes and quality checklists, and accurately report service data. You will act as the primary customer contact and must be able to foster good working relationships. You must also be able to organize and manage paperwork and inventory
Duties /
Responsibilities:
Clean and detail exterior, update signage/decals, inspect electrical, perform minor refurbishments, and change light bulbs of Automated Teller Machines
Clean stainless steel surfaces inside bank vaults
Perform preventative maintenance on money counting machines (Glory Machines)
Complete detailed alarm surveys
Perform ADA compliance inspections
Report defective material or inaccuracies
Organize and manage paperwork and inventory
Take meticulous photographs of required devices, forms, and areas
Job Requirements:
Must be technologically savvy:
Smart-phone familiarity (Samsung Galaxy SIII / android platform preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
Ability to learn SBS extranet website, SBS On-Site App,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
