Essential Functions
In this position you will report to the assistant food service supervisor. You will be responsible for the preparation of all facility meals in accordance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), Otero County and the United States Marshals Service (USMS) directives.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of food service or related experience required. Must possess a valid food handler''s permit in the State of New Mexico or State of Texas. Valid driver''s license in the State of New Mexico or State of Texas with an acceptable driving records, unless waived by management
