Responsibilities:
You are responsible for managing multiple projects and directing the work of others while applying your expertise and experience. You serve as the primary contact for clients on assigned projects, leveraging knowledge of clients' operations and business. You regularly interact with mid-level client representatives and build/use strong collegial networks to improve quality, grow new business, and shape new corporate objectives. You are able to manage uncertainty and risks in difficult situations, relationships, and problems. You communicate, diagnose, and facilitate consensus in a variety of situations setting clear expectations for execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with the SIGINT community organizations to foster collaboration and information sharing.
Identify key SIGINT resources to be leveraged by intelligence analysts, including personnel, intelligence products, data sources, and analysis tools.
Identify best-practices for fusing SIGINT with information from other intelligence disciplines and for all-source exploitation.
Provide advice and guidance to intelligence analysts on the effective utilization of SIGINT information and resources.
Provide broad and complex analysis of signals intelligence (SIGINT) information in support of client missions.
Develop innovative analytical approaches and conduct experiments with SIGINT data to investigate novel techniques for knowledge discovery and development of novel signatures.
Work with systems engineers to integrate these approaches into existing tools and analysis processes, and to standardize SIGINT analytic capabilities.
Collaborate with analysts throughout the DOD and Intelligence community on analysis and intelligence collection of SIGINT resources.
Develop innovative analytical approaches and based on analysis of existing information, and provide guidance for addressing SIGINT information shortfalls and request for information processing. The incumbent provides expertise on tasking collection, and exploitation of SIGINT resources.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
MS (PhD preferred) with a minimum 8 years of experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other field related to Data Science.
Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Minimum of 8 years working with SIGINT and/or advanced analytics, for or in support of, the Federal Government, DoD, or the Intelligence Community.
Knowledge of SIGINT collection methods and analysis techniques.
Clearances:
Applicants must possess or be eligible for immediate recertification of Top Secret clearance; current SCI clearance status is required. A polygraph examination may be a condition to work on certain projects/programs. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for TS/SCI access to classified information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
