Job Details:
Working with CentraCare Health (CCH) Human Resources staff and guidelines, oversees all functions of the St. Benedict's Senior Community Human Resources Department and is accountable for various HR responsibilities within CCH. Ensures compliance with CCH, entity, state and federal policies and procedures. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in personnel, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Human Resources administration, to include management/supervisory experience, required. Human Resources experience in a multi site health care organization (hospital, clinic and nursing home) preferred. Broad knowledge of human resources required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
SPHR a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
