_RESPONSIBLE FOR:_
Assisting waitstaff and our guests in all areas of the restaurant in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Greeting guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
Cleaning and reset counters and tables
Assisting servers with all beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate
Ensuring prompt, accurate service with anticipation of, and compliance with, all guest and waitstaff needs
_REQUIREMENTS:_
Ability to work long shifts and varied hours
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Excellent people skills
Excellent communication skills
_PREFERRED SKILLS:_
Previous Food & Beverage experience
Fine Dining experience

Pioneer Grill at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a less formal setting, for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a classic 1950's-style service. Pioneer Grill has a friendly atmosphere and serves classic American food like buffalo burgers and pan-seared rainbow trout, hot sandwiches and timeless classics like homemade meat loaf, homemade chili and classic Liver and Onions. Take-out service is also available. Pioneer Grill boasts of its milk shakes made from homemade ice cream.

An employee RV park with a limited number of spaces is also available for those with their own fully self-contained RV's for a minimal daily fee.
