Requires knowledge generally acquired through the completion of a high school education. Requires at least two years of previous experience with one of the required years of experience in either admitting, medical office, managed care or insurance. Requires the ability to maintain flexibility for staffing needs.
Requires the ability to work independently and to make decisions. Requires the ability to operate a computer. Familiarity with a keyboard is essential. Requires the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Requires knowledge of office practices and procedures, of business English, grammar, spelling, puncheons and arithmetic. Customer service experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
