Responsible for all aspects of the car wash. Duties include: customer service; daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of entire car wash including cleaning the car wash; car wash building maintenance, and vacuum upkeep; ordering replacement parts; equipment repair; emergency repair of fuel pumps and other store equipment; soliciting car wash fleet accounts; maintaining all lighting on the site; cashier training on the use of the car wash; and administration of car wash promotions and related paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on car wash, drier, vacuums, water softeners, filters & screens, and other related equipment.
2. Daily cleaning of bay windows, floor, walls, grounds, and vacuum islands.
3. Empty vacuums and clean filters as dictated by use.
4. Maintain car wash video, intercom, and Code-A-Wash system.
5. Car wash equipment repair.
6. Use fire extinguishes and other safety equipment.
7. Order replacement parts and supplies.
8. Handle incidents and consult with Car Wash Operations Supervisor on approved claims.
9. Solicit car wash fleet accounts.
10. Maintain all site lighting.
11. Change heat and air conditioning filters on store.
12. Cold weather door procedures.
13. Must have ability to work with customers and co-workers.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Work experience in area of repair and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
