Position
Summary:
As Senior Business Analytics Specialist you will provide stewardship of our data mining environment and development and delivery of reporting tools and processes associated with Marcom campaign financials, lead management pipeline and installed base information. You will apply your expertise in sales & marketing analytics to deliver a best-in-class self-serve dashboard and ad-hoc query reporting solution that drives a metrics-driven performance culture for Marcom campaign investment management. You will also enable individual and organizational success by developing, delivering and optimizing best-in-class documentation, training and technical support to a global user community.
Key
Responsibilities:
Creation, maintenance and support of all reporting
Operational reliability and user adoption of standardized business analytics, tools and processes
Project and vendor management of data warehouse functionality, enhancements and integration with other business systems
Administration of AOP campaign budgeting processes, tools and reports
Administration of Quarterly Business Review and forecasting processes, tools and reports
Data Steward for all Marcom related master data standards
Administration of Marketing Plan and Campaign hierarchies in CRM
Preparation and delivery of quarterly industry reports (ALSSA)
Minimum Requirements/
Qualifications:
Demonstrated project management, consulting and problem-solving skills.
Strong skills (Five plus years experience) in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs) and SQL (left and right joins and sub-queries).
Proficient knowledge of contemporary database marketing technologies and best practices.
Strong skills (Five plus years experience) in customer segmentation, data mining, and marketing automation (Eloqua a plus)
Strong skills (Five plus years experience) in CRM/sales force automation processes and tools, with strength in SFDC a strong plus.
Five years hands-on sales & marketing data warehouse /reporting experience, preferably Business Objects
Experience within a B2B direct marketing environment.
Scientific instruments industry experience preferred.
Track record working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Capable of completing day-to-day work with little instruction and general instructions on new assignments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be goal orientated to accomplish tasks.
Ability to work effectively and influence others in a matrixed environment; work well within and among teams and is flexible to change.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of diplomacy.
BA in marketing, business, computer science or related field.
Position not budgeted for relocationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
