Provide on-site and remote hardware and software support for all maintenance, repair, and operational issues in sites located throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada within the network environment.
This individual will be responsible to maintain the functionality of company computer hardware resources including servers, workstations, laptops, printers and multimedia equipment. They will provide 24/7 support and technical troubleshooting; server and exchange issues, password resets, power outages, backup generator issues, site specific router and wide area network.
Extensive troubleshooting experience in Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7), Windows Server, Outlook, Exchange, LAN/WAN Support, etc.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE 2
years of technical/desktop support experience.
Solid knowledge/experience with Exchange
Willing to be on call and responsive to address off hour emergencies and configuration changes
Desire to advance and grow into Network Administrator roleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
