We are part of the Hendrick Automotive Group with over 90 locations nationwide.Terry Labonte Chevrolet is looking to add Experienced Automotive Technicians, Lube Technicians, & RV Technicians to their team.
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITES:
-Conferring with customers and service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work needed to be performed and future repair requirements.
-Performing quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
-Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
-Communicating directly with the service advisor, so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. If additional repairs are needed, provide an accurate estimate of additional time needed to complete repairs.
-Test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.
-Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
-Must have some level of instructor led automotive training (e.g. high school automotive, vocational, college, technical school, OEM, etc.
-Must have working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
-Must have valid drivers license, and clean driving record
LUBE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
-Making sure moving parts are lubricated if needed.
-Injecting grease into units, such as springs, universal joints and steering knuckles, using hand-or compressed air-powered grease gun.
-Inspecting fluid level of steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions differentials, rear axle housings and shackles.
-Checking air pressure of tires, adding water to the radiator, testing the battery, replacing oil and air filters, and spraying springs with lubricant.
-Draining oil and refilling crankcase with right amount of new lubricant.
-Working alongside a skilled technician to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance repairs.
QUALIFIED LUBE TECHNICIANS:
-A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed
-Valid in-state drivers license with good driving record
-Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
RV TECHNICIAN RESPOSIBILITIES:
-Inspect, diagnose, and perform internal maintenance to RVs and travel trailers.
-Troubleshoot appliances and other internal components.
-Basic electrical and plumbing experience required.
-Experience with Generators a plus.
QUALIFIED RV TECHNICIANS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
