Role Summary/Purpose Key senior role responsible for leading the implementation of complex, cross-functional projects at GECC HQ. Partner with other members of the GECC HQ leadership team to develop sustainable processes that enable GE Capital to meet specific regulatory deliverables.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of process and project management for specific projects.
Align project priorities to drive and enable business goals and objectives.
Troubleshoot with team members to resolve obstacles/roadblocks, serve as a sounding board for problem resolution and ensure smooth, continuous progress on projects.
Lead change initiatives that will enable the business to reach a world-class level of operations. Identify opportunities to automate processes for sustained gains and team with IT and other functions to drive process digitization efforts where appropriate.
Leverage best practices and share within the team and across the business.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree with minimum of 7 years experience
Excellent executive presentation skills, dynamic approach with the ability to translate theory into practical application
Proven success leading and managing a team
Demonstrated mastery and application of Lean and Six Sigma
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Strong change management and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization
