Managing interaction with the executive (and the Legal team) in his or her preferred style, including work with calendars, phone calls, email, etc.
Effectively organizing information, and managing critical files, correspondence, and other records.
Preparing content and presentations using PowerPoint, Word, or Excel.
Arranging travel schedule and reservations; preparing expense reports; and coordinating meetings.
Communicating effectively with high-level personnel within and without the organization.
Leading or participating in special projects identified either by the executive or team members.
Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Bachelor's degree.

years of executive administrative experience, or equivalent skills and abilities.
Appetite to learn, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent in Microsoft and Office Suite of programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills - able to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences including executive management, group team members and leaders, and key cross-functional partners.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong project management skills to support the execution of work, facilitation and tracking of key deliverables.
Flexibility to work with multiple teams, up and down the organization, and across the enterprise.
Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional and customer-oriented manner.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discretely.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
