Practice Management/Help Desk Support Specialist
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Practice Management/Help Desk Support Special on a consulting to full time direct employee basis. In this role, the Help Support Support Specialist will:
Primarily support client's proprietary practice management system.
Serve customers through telephone, e-mail and internet inquiries.
Thoroughly documents all customer issues in the issue tracking system(s) to ensure product and service reliability'
Troubleshoot, identifie and resolve first and second level support problems including problems related to software but to also include internet connectivity and hardware problems'
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Extensive healthcare practice management software.
Windows2000, WindowsXP, WindowsVista and web based applications.
Using MS Office products, Internet Explorer 6.5, 7.0 and 8.0.
Remote access connections such as RDP or Webex.
Knowledge of SalesForce or similar help desk ticketing system.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
