Can you deliver superior Customer Service? Do you have inbound call experience? Do you like to be empowered to solve problems? If you answered yes to all these questions then we have the perfect job for you Our client is looking for people to work in their call center answering a high volume of inbound calls from clients.
You MUST have prior inbound heavy call volume customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communications and good data entry skills.
This is a long term temporary assignment with a good possibility of becoming permanent.

Skills / Requirements Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a heavy call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to compose correspondence independently.
Experience assisting customers/clients with escalated issues.
Proven sound decision making.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Proactive in presenting solutions to problems.
Strong data entry skills and proficient with MS Word.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

00 am to 8:
00 pm.
Some overtime may be required.
