Technical Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a fast-paced, growing company, located near Amherst NH is seeking a Technical Customer Service Administrator to support its Service Department.
Responsible for handling all inbound customer calls, answering basic technical questions, talking the customer through diagnostic procedures, generating service and parts related quotations, tracking and following up on returns for repair (RMAs), documenting service cases, following up and working closely with technicians, shipping and accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must be extremely organized, with a positive attitude, highly motivated with an outstanding customer service and support mentality. Methodical diagnosis skills and a technical aptitude are required. Specific product training will be provided.
This is a great junior level opportunity for a recent graduate with some internship experience or for someone with one to three years related experience. We are looking for a team player. This person will be cross-trained as back-up for other positions and will help out as needed in other departments.
Occasional travel to customer sites to resolve issues with a Field Service Technician (15 - 20% travel) is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
