Food & Beverage Director

This position serves as a top level director with the overall responsibilities for food and beverage operations. Provides strategic and tactical guidance on managing the food and beverage operations to include, standards and guidelines, speed of service, product preparation, sales, guest relations, alcohol awareness, safety/ sanitation, and performance management. As the F&B Director, will work closely with the food and beverage/culinary management team and associates to successfully execute all food and beverage operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
5-7 years progressive multi-unit restaurant management operations in a casual dining full service restaurant.
Must have held a position in which you have been responsible for P&L statements, performance of multiple managers, inventory & product control and driving a dynamic and focused work environment.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
