Responsible for eliciting and documenting product requirements for software applications. Works with customers, business users, development, quality assurance, professional services, and customer support to identify, evaluate, and document functionality requirements which meets business needs. Must be able to excel in a fast paced, flexible environment while interfacing with several distinct groups. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
