PRIMARY PURPOSE: Prepares income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting statements and reports. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of various journals and records, and provides reliable information necessary to the control operations within the standards and policy practices.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school with a four (4) year degree in Accounting or Finance. Bachelor's Degree required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) to three (3) years experience in accounting required.
SPECIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Health care accounting knowledge and/or Meditech preferred. Organizational and analytical skills required.
EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS KNOWLEDGE: Computers and other office equipment as it relates to the job. Safety equipment as it relates to the job.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able sit and walk for long periods of time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
