Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. Current Massachusetts RN Licensure is also required. Must demonstrate evidence of strong communication and inter-personal skills. 5-10 years experience in LDR and one other area (either FCU or Level 2) required
Duties will include:
Assist Nurse manager with managing/coordinating clinical and non-clinical care activities including staffing levels; scheduling and assignments as needed.
Provides unit with guidance to staff for the care of complex patient-care situations; assist with unit-based orientation and education.
Demonstrates professional behavior, leadership skills and fosters professional standards by staff.
Collaborates with nurse manager to conduct unit-based quality activities; assure compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and participates in meetings/committees as directed.
Attendance at periodic meetings on day shifts will be requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
