Overview:
Present creative solutions that meet client objectives and strategies.
Collaborate with senior creative staff to develop strategic, creative concepts that meet client marketing and communication objectives.
Design creative assignments including but not limited to, print ads, POS, digital tactics, collateral, retail-specific promotion materials, trade shows and internal brand or retail communications.
Present and defend concepts and/or layouts.
On a daily basis, art directors will receive assignments from the group director and are expected to collaborate with others assigned to the job to deliver strong, thoughtful creative solutions.
Creative staff will provide rationale for every new creative job and present with layouts to the group director and/or CD before presenting to account services.
Staff will ensure that all jobs are properly saved to the server and that others in the department are doing the same.
Ideal candidate:
Proactive, engaging, confident, positive communicator.
Minimum 5-10 years agency experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Must be proficient in all software programs necessary for the job.
Advancement Requirements:
Proven success in presenting strategic creative concepts and managing more than one project or client at a time.
Ability to direct outside vendors including talent, photographers and retouchers.
Ability to mentor studio personnel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
