Voted one of the best companies to work for, a National Engineering Company has an immediate full time, direct hire opening in their Downers Grove, IL office for an IT Help Desk Technician.

Provide exceptional IT customer service and support to local and remote staff members. This role will involve approximately 80% Help Desk Phone Support and approximately 20% hands on PC Technician / Network Administration including administering a Windows environment, providing customer service, troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals as well as planning and rolling out projects.

Overview

Phone Support for end users across multiple locations including supporting:
Citrix, Outlook, Office Applications, Exchange Active Sync, etc
Desktop Support (Windows 7 and XP, HP and Dell Hardware)
LAN support and administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Exchange 2010 support and administration
VoIP support and administration
Remote Support Tool Management including LogMeIn Rescue, RDP, etc.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Help Desk Phone Support, Troubleshooting and Junior Network Administration experience
Basic knowledge of A/V equipment
Bachelor's degree or Certifications are preferred
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong organizational skills with a pro-active personality
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
