Customer service position handling a variety of in bound calls for multiple services. Some of the duties will include capturing information provided by the caller, researching customer accounts and checks the status of the customers application, which could result in sending a customer a new application, assisting customers through the application process for eligibility of a free prepaid wireless phone through the government, answering questions about why their application was denied and help them determine how they can get approved.
Must speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
Starting base pay rate $8.25
Hourly stipend while taking Spanish Speaking calls

is a lifeline government program developed to reduce the cost of phone service for eligible customers. It also provides an essential link to services in case of an emergency. is a Lifeline Assistance program designed to ensure that quality telecommunications services are available to low-income customers at reasonable and affordable rates. Access Wireless provides income-eligible customers with a free cell phone and a monthly allotment of airtime for one year. The agent would be responsible for assisting customers through the application process for eligibility of a free prepaid wireless phone through the government. The agent captures information provided by the caller, researches customer accounts and checks the status of the customers application, which could result in sending the customer a new application. We take inbound calls for Connect2Compete who is a nonprofit organization that brings affordable computers and high-speed internet to families across the country with children receiving free school lunches through the National School Lunch Program. Connect@Compete computer partners are currently offering computers for $150.00 to eligible families. Internet service partners are currently offering high-speed internet to eligible families for just $9.95 plus tax per month. The agent captures information provided by the caller, researches customer accounts and checks the status of the customers application, which could result in sending a customer a new application.
