THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BANGOR MAINE
This person is responsible for organizing the daily operational functions for theEastsideWellnessCenterclinic, the Peer Evaluation Program, and The Disability Prevention Services Program and onsite physical/occupational therapy for the State ofMainecontract. This includes reception, communication with the State ofMainecontract holder and various State ofMainedepartments, scheduling, medical record preparation and maintenance, data management, supply inventory and ordering and other clerical duties. With minimal supervision, prioritizes and performs department secretarial duties, some of which may be confidential in nature. Acts as a receptionist at the Eastside Wellness clinic greeting and processing PT/OT patients and wellness center clients, assuring consents are complete and data collected.Performs scheduling duties including patient and member scheduling, meetings, education and departmental functions.
Qualifications:
BLS is required within 3 months of hire
Associates degree is preferred
3 years or more is preferred
Other Special Skills -Preferred
Patient scheduling and medical terminology preferred
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications
