Sr. Oracle EBS Business Analyst

USDM is deploying Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to different divisions and in conjunction a Business Intelligence (BI) platform is being deployed to support reporting and analytics. The BI platform technology stack includes Informatica Powercenter, Oracle RDBMS R12 and Cognos 10. For this project we are looking for a Sr. Oracle EBS Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
The Sr. Business Analyst partners with users and Oracle EBS consultants to:
o document requirements (run workshops with users)
o design and specify the (modifications to the) target data warehouse data model
o design and specify required BI reports
o support the BI Technical team in the development of data warehouse and reports
o participate in small scale and simple report development
o write test scripts and perform testing
o reconcile data warehouse data and reports data with source systems (Oracle EBS R12)
o lead integration and user acceptance test cycles
o train users and provide post go-live support
Key Skills Required o 5-7 years in as a business analyst preferably in the Business Intelligence o Comprehensive knowledge of the following business processes Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Inventory, Finance and accounting, Projects, Service Contracts and Depot Repair o Good knowledge of the Oracle EBS R12 data model for the modules OE, AR, AP, PO, GL, OKS, MTL, FND, CS o Hands-on in writing SQL for testing and validation o Able to work independently o Good communications skill to interact with users at all levels of the organization Plus: o Experience with Cognos 8, 10 or an equivalent tool. o Experience in international / medical device companies. o Experience in change management. o Experience in project management.
