Our client located in Windsor CT is seeking a Level II Web Administrator Operational Support for an immediate contract opportunity.

Individual will work off hours in our clients Operation Command Center, located in Windsor, CT.
Hours will be from 6:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

This group handles servers, not desktops.
Experience with IIS, JBOSS, WebSphere, UNIX, etc. SSL
Cert knowledge in all of those environments is important as well.
There is little time for training.
There is a rotating schedule with pager and off hour work.

Duties:
Level 2 problem support for over 1,500 production and non-production web sites which will require being on problem pager rotation, involving weekend and holiday work.
Ability to engage and work with Venders to assist with problem resolution.
Renewal of internal, external and vender SSL certificates, many of which need to be done off hours.
Involvement and awareness of projects involving new and changing web sites which are or will be supported by team.
Must adhere to clients' standards and processes.
Will ensure runbooks are kept current and stored in sharepoint repository.
Decommissioning of sites that have been sunset.
Code deployment using robocopy, teamsite, Jenkins, uDeploy, manual JBoss, Windows and WebSphere.

Skills:
Strong skills in Unix, Linux, AIX, JBoss EAS and EWS sites, Websphere 5.1, 6.0 6.1, 7.0 and 8.0. Windows IIS 2003 and 2008. SSL certificates functions, creation and renewal.
Knowledge of Verisign, Internal Certs, Self-Signed Certs, Vender Certs, WebSeal Certs, CA and Sub-CA renewal
Knowledge of Venafi product.
Knowledge of Windows, IIS, Unix, Jboss and WebSphere security configuration.
Knowledge of Jenkins and uDeploy tool helpful.
Knowledge of monitoring tools - SiteScope and CA Introscope.
Knowledge of Service Manager product.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
