Expectations
Be an active supporter of team endeavors to make EF a high performance workplace
Complete all winder Preventative Maintenance (PM) on a 2-3 week rotation
Train and assist shift mechanics with winder problems and/or texturizer box problems and issues they are unable to resolve
Assist with other maintenance related issues
Observe and comply with all EF policies and contribute to the EF culture of a high performance workplace
Maintain a clean work area with materials well organized
Demonstrate dependability and consistent, punctual attendance for all work assignments
Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain considerable standing, walking, climbing, lifting, reaching, bending, and crouching
Hand dexterity to manipulate tools, lift and place 16 pound yarn packagesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
