Looking for youre a great opportunity? We seek candidates with five (5) or more years HR management experience for the role of Director of Human Resources. In this role you will interface directly with the organizations leaders to develop and execute an effective strategy for talent acquisition and human resources management. You will work with department heads to identify critical staffing needs, and quickly satisfy these needs with top talent candidates. You will personally handle sales and key executive recruiting, while working with the human resources team to recruit junior and manufacturing positions. You will identify and track recruitment and HR measures and metrics. You will work with Human Resources Manager to develop and implement global HR strategies.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years professional corporate recruiting experience that includes at least five (5) years of HR management experience. Must have a successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals, including sales and senior management positions. Must have strong people management skills, with experience in hiring and managing performance. Must have excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Must possess a great balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution. Must enjoy being hands on. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be self-driven with a strong work ethic.
