REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields of study
3-5 years experience in a Manufacturing / Industrial environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong numeric talents for reporting and tracking purposes
Strong understanding of AND experience with benefits administration and negotiation
Strategic experience in partnering with the Operations team
Ability to operate autonomously as the on-site HR expert AND leader for 100
member team at two locations
Negligible travel (less than once per month)
