Jack Henry and Assoicates is seeking an Expereinced Storage Systems Network Administrator. This position is open to our Springfield MO, Monett MO, or Allen TXlocations. The Storage Systems Network Adminstrator will be responsible for designing, monitoring, modifying and maintaining systems for acceptable availability, stability and response time to customers.The successful candidate will need to have expereince with storage related devices in a large enviornment, andwith Fibre Channel Networking and design. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced knowledge and experience with storage related technologies in a large environment
Experience with Fibre Channel networking and design
Experience with enterprise class storage (including, but not limited to IBM storage systems)
Minimum of3 +years of experience in systems/network administration or related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of virtual technologies preferred
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
Applicable industry standard certification(s) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles.
Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to design and architect IT infrastructure solutions.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
Able to monitor, modify and maintain assigned system(s) in support of optimal performance and availability.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Very attentive to detail.
Able to see very complex tasks through to completion.
Able to define, document and communicate standards and procedures
