Scope:
PCM is currently performing a 1600 user PC Win 7 refresh which we expect to start in towards the end of November and complete within 5 months. This is a good opportunity to get on board with a Win7 migration in an enterprise environment. Hours for the deployment are expected to be during non-business hours. Our Client is requesting that we do not interrupt the end users. At this time working, hours for the techs will be defined later.
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Must be able to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Operates well in a fast paced/high stress environment.
Functional knowledge using and troubleshooting Windows XP/7 Operating System, Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Internet, printer, core applications and networks.
Solid hardware and software trouble-shooting/resolution skills.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be able to navigate and troubleshoot desktop issues in a locked down environment.
Qualified candidates will have their A
certification, experience with software support, troubleshooting, system imaging, hardware break-fix support (i.e. laptops, desktops, laserjet printers), and deployment, and excellent customer service skills in a corporate environment.
