Your daily responsibilities include:
Interacts with guests to ensure quality satisfaction.
Sets cleaning schedule and follows up to ensure that it is being performed.
Schedules work hours and keeps time records of hourly workers.
Issues written and oral instructions.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Completes all Hollywood Casino training.
Enforces all rules and standards Hollywood Casino.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises up to 10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization''s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Education and/or Experience Associate''s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two- year accredited college or technical school; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills Micros systems Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
